Meet Our Grantees
Each year USIEF awards hundreds of fellowships to U.S. and Indian students, scholars and professionals. Our awardees come from cities across India and the United States and they represent a diverse range of academic disciplines, professions and personal backgrounds. Our grantees are involved in a number of different activities, including studying, research, teaching and professional development.
All of our grantees have exhibited a commitment to Fulbright’s mission of promoting mutual understanding between the citizens of India and the United States. They embrace their role in serving as cultural ambassadors while abroad and in furthering the Fulbright mission in their communities when they return home.
